Planning your wedding should be a fun and joyous process.
Dreamsmith is here to help, whether you'd like complete start-to-finish theme development and planning, or some help pulling it all together in the months, weeks or days leading up to your big day. Whether your style is elegant or whimsical, formal or relaxed, we'll help you make your wedding day unforgettable, and representative of the unique and special love that the two of you share.
With Dreamsmith handling the details, you'll be free to fully enjoy your own wedding, your guests, and most importantly, each other!
Packages Available:
At any point, our services are available on an à-la-carte hourly basis (see fees, below) if you'd like input or assistance with just one or a few elements of your wedding. Most couples find it convenient to choose one of the following planning packages. All packages include unlimited phone calls & emails:
- Full Planning Package (see below for details)
- Month-of Planning Package (four weeks before, plus day-of)
- Partial Planning Package (at any point in the process after you have started your own planning)
- Destination Wedding Package - includes all services of our Full Planning Package, plus:
- Liaise with travel agent and guests to arrange travel and accommodation reservations;
- Determine and assist with legal requirements for marriage out-of-province;

Arrange and book rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch;

Deliver welcome baskets or gifts to guest rooms;

Assist with arrangements for hotel excursions for you and your guests

Fees:
Full Planning Package*: 10% of budget, minimum of $1,800
Month-of Planning Package*: $800
Partial Planning Package: Generally 10% of what we touch; fee structure tailored to your needs
Destination Wedding Package: $1,800 plus all travel & accommodation costs
Consultations
& Hourly Services: Initial consultation is $125 for two hours (2-hour minimum charge);
$50/hr thereafter
*includes overseeing all setup & deliveries on the day-of; total up to 7 hours on site
